A hospitality professional at heart, I bring over 12 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, tourism and events. I have held key roles in boutique hotels, golf resorts, glamping properties and châteaux in France, overseas territories, Québec and England, always working at the intersection of operations and strategy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management and Business Consulting.
Today, I share this management expertise and these best practices through a hospitality consulting practice based in Montréal, serving clients across Québec, to help you optimize your processes, improve your quality and grow your performance.

The Japanese concept of Gemba Kaizen best defines my philosophy. In brief, Gemba refers to a management approach that recognizes the value of each person and refocuses efforts "where value is created," that is, in the field. Kaizen is a philosophy and process improvement method that favors a gradual, progressive approach over radical change. In this context, information management and internal communication are key priorities.
